Women and children who have fled domestic abuse will benefit from a generous donation.
e2e Total Loss Vehicle Management (e2e) recently donated 52 Easter Eggs’ to the town’s Family Help Centre (Darlington Refuge), which offers temporary accommodation and continuous support to children and women leaving an abusive environment.
Family Help offer specialist domestic abuse support for women and women with children fleeing domestic abuse. They can provide safe temporary accommodation for those that need it, in our purpose built refuge
with 8 units. They also provide a domestic abuse helpline that is available to anyone affected directly or indirectly by domestic abuse.
Sara & Jayne organisers of the donations from e2e both said “It was a pleasure to choose the Family Help Centre for our donation we were shown their good work and how they continuously strive to support all
those who seek their help ”
A spokesperson from The Darlington Women’s Refuge, said: “we are very pleased that e2e took the time to collect and donate a large amount Easter Eggs and support the women and children who have stayed with us in recent weeks. It gave us the opportunity to highlight some of the emergency support we offer the women and children both in emergency situations and safe secure settlement into the community .”
