Client and Policyholder Feedback

We are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. We continually monitor our service performance and look for opportunities to innovate and improve. We regularly seek, and highly value, feedback from our clients and their policyholders. In a customer survey of over 350 insurance policyholders, undertaken in October 2021, 92% rated the service they received from e2e as “outstanding” with good and average ratings making up the remaining 8% of responses.

'Your staff are awesome, I was so shaken for days after the accident. Your staff, took me through everything and explained everything that was happened.The little bit of kindness, caring that was offered by both of the staff members I have dealt with are brilliant! It does restore your faith in humanity when people help and look out for you.
