Vehicle salvage value is strongly affected by the availability of keys.
We recognise that having vehicle keys and/or vehicle documents arrive into the office is an inconvenience for many clients. Where possible, e2e urges clients to ensure keys and documents are provided with the vehicle when it is collected enabling the best possible return for the asset. If this is not possible, e2e can provide a key and document management service to expedite harvesting – details are available upon request.
At e2e we also have the facility to check V5 documentation against the customer name, address, registration and vehicle make/model. Any anomalies found are reported to the client immediately.
