Client Service Manager

Claire has been with the business for over 25 years. Claire manages a team of knowledgeable staff who complete numerous tasks which range from processing instructions to vehicle payments. When Claire is not busy at work, she volunteers for The Edward Foundation, helping with the rescue, foster and rehoming of at risk British Bulldogs.

David Hughes
Data Analyst Controller

Following a career in the FE sector and data management, David joined the e2e management team in September 2019. He is responsible for handling the wealth of data e2e holds from across its network of automotive recyclers and turning that data into valuable insights for the management team, the network and clients. Deep dives, interrogation, analysis and reporting are key features of David’s role which he applies to a range of strategic activities that touch every area of the business. Outside of work, he is equally busy, either training in Taekwondo or playing piano in a jazz quartet. Married with two daughters, family walks in the countryside make a great switch off for David, as well as listening to vinyl with the odd glass of fine wine.

Gillian Johnson
Financial Controller

Gillian’s career background is accounting and she has been a member of the e2e senior team since September 2006. As Financial Controller she is responsible for all financial aspects of e2e head office business including income and expenditure control, financial reporting, cash flow and budget monitoring and projections. In her spare time Gillian is a keen runner who enjoys training for and taking part in half marathons. Spending time with her family is a great way to relax between the physical pursuit of running and the mental agility required by financial spreadsheets.

Graeme Beamson
Change & Compliance Manager

Graeme joined e2e at the start of 2019 to ensure effective management and delivery of key business change initiatives. Graeme has over 20 years’ experience across a number of business sectors and a wide portfolio of disciplines particularly in the areas of change and benefits management, service improvement and project management. Outside of work Graeme spends his time performing free taxi duties for his wife and daughter and reminiscing on how great music in the 80s was.

Lesley Vogwill
Operations Manager

Lesley has been with the business for over 22 years and manages the running of the office, keeping everything moving along. Outside of work, Lesley likes to enjoy time with the family and holidaying abroad.

Mia Constable
Head of Business Development

Mia joined e2e in 2018, having spent over 10 years working in the insurance premium finance space managing teams of new business and account managers. Mia manages a team consisting of New Business, Account Management, MI Reporting and Analytics. Mia is responsible for identifying and cultivating new client relationships and managing existing relationships to deliver the success of the business. Outside of work, Mia enjoys her cars and is always up for a race on a track. Mia enjoys spending time with her family whether it’s going on sunny holidays, shopping days out with her daughter or dedicating time to her son, boxing to keep fit.

Martin Stevenson

Chief Technical Officer

Joining e2e, as Chief Technology Officer, in February 2022, Martin Stevenson has been a technology and strategy advisor for over 24 years; much at CACI, one of the leading information, intelligence, and solution integration providers.

Martin works with the e2e Board and the senior management team, to develop and implement appropriate strategies, which will help accelerate and safeguard e2e’s marketplace lead, through a greater use of intelligence and technology. He leads the digitalisation and transformation, to enable e2e realise its strategic and stakeholder commitments.

He has worked across a variety of sectors, including, Environmental, Government, Health, Higher Education, EduTech, Banking, Commercial, and Telecoms, along with the software industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, aligned with leading numerous strategic transformation and business intelligence projects.

In addition to joining e2e, Martin is also a digital transformation advisor and mentor to organisations in the environmental space. Away from work, Martin is married, a keen runner and amateur photographer; enthusiastic in the playback of recorded music, and dreams of reliving his youth, by building another sports car!

Chris Hulls

Business Development Manager

Chris joined the e2e team in February 2023 bringing with him 5 years of recent industry experience. He also brings a proven track record in account management at a senior level and extensive parts & repair knowledge coupled with operational and systems experience having spent 20+ years in the automotive aftermarket supporting work providers and their associated repair networks. Chris has been a leading voice in the promotion & adoption of reclaimed parts to the insurer and fleet funded repair markets and continues to promote the benefits of a circular model when a client aligns their salvage vehicles and repair network to both face into the same supplier. Chris's experience and insight have also been pivotal in the creation, integration and implementation of online, automated, reclaimed parts procurement platforms. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife & 3 young children, the occasional game of tennis, travel, music and tearing up the trails on his mountain bike.
