Nearly a third of people killed on the UK’s roads in 2018 weren’t wearing a seatbelt, new data suggests. Direct Line has been working with the Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport Safety (PACTS) to publish a report to better understand the scale of the problem of unbelted deaths.
